- Investigation of blood in the urine, recurrent infections or urinary symptoms
- Usually a short day procedure
- Results explained by your urologist
Preparing for it.
- Tell us if you have symptoms of a urine infection before the day
- Bring a list of your medicines, especially blood thinners
- Plan to rest for the remainder of the day
