Healthcare beyond the clinic

See a doctor without the journey.

When you can't easily come in, consult a doctor by video, voice or chat on the SonoCare app. Prescriptions, test requests and referrals to SonoCare Clinics are sent straight to your record.

How it works

Four simple steps.

  1. Open the SonoCare app

On any phone or computer. Create a free account and add a photo for your identity check.

  2. Choose your doctor

A general practitioner on demand, or a specialist by appointment. You see the fee before you confirm.

  3. Consult in private

Video, voice or chat, inside the app. Your phone number is never shared with the doctor.

  4. Get your plan

E-prescriptions, lab requests and referrals land in your record. If you need to be seen, come to the clinic.

Good for:

  • Follow-up after a clinic visit or a hospital stay
  • Going through test results with a doctor
  • Everyday illnesses such as fevers, coughs, rashes and stomach upsets
  • Reviews of long-term conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes
  • Repeat prescriptions and medicine questions
  • Advice for a family member, including older parents, from wherever you are

Not for emergencies

For chest pain, breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, serious injury or any emergency, come straight to Accident & Emergency or call 112.

Fees

General practitioner consultations from ₦5,000, or included on SonoCare health plans. The exact fee is shown before you confirm.

Request an on-demand consultation and the first available doctor picks it up.

Safe and private

Licensed, verified doctors. Encrypted consultations. Your records are shared only with the clinicians caring for you.

Care that continues at home.

Beyond consultations, the SonoCare app brings nurses to your home, collects lab samples, delivers medicines and lets you book your next clinic visit.
